Membership Application

Use the form below to sign up for a membership. Once you have submitted the form, you’ll be able to pay for your membership using a credit card or PayPal account or by sending a check.  If you are in need of an invoice, please complete the online application and we will email you an invoice.  Need a print out of this form, click here.

Our Membership Investment Levels are:

  • $200: 1-5 Employees
  • $300: 6-10 Employees
  • $400: 21-100 Employees
  • $500: 101 or more Employees
  • $50 (or more): Friend of the Chamber: Retired Professional or Retired Business Owner
  • $50 and up (sliding scale based upon annual income-contact the office for pricing): Local Community Organization, including historical societies, schools and nonprofit charitable organizations
  • One or more additional businesses of the same owner at a rate of 50% off!
