Teens are invited to the Blue Hill Public Library’s graphic novel club, Panels, on Friday, October 18th at 4:00 PM. This month, the group will be reading Nimona by Noelle Stevenson, originally published as a web comic. This fantasy/sci fi graphic novel is about a rambunctious young female shapeshifter, the sidekick of the supervillain Lord Ballister Blackheart. Copies of the book are now available to check out. Come for snacks, coffee and free drawing- all materials will be provided by the library. This could be where you start making your own graphic novel!

Panels is a graphic novel club for teens that meets on the third Friday of the month. Each month, the group reads a graphic novel and gathers to discuss the story, art, and the work as a whole. Everyone is welcome, even if they haven’t had a chance to finish the book. For more information, contact the library at 374-5515.
